We thank you, Lord, for your jealous love for our country and for us as your people. You will pity us as you pour out your indignation, pour out your fury against the works of darkness, and bring judgment and justice, as you bare your holy arm. You will not leave us as we call upon your name and wait for you to act on our behalf. Your love is unchanging, unending, and relentless, and you will save, provide, protect and restore, because you have pity on us as your own beloved people.
