PASTOR JUNE’S INTRODUCTION

Jeremiah, the Old Testament Prophet declared, “O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the LORD” (Jer. 22:29).

Many today are seeking a pure stream of the voice of God. They have heard enough from themselves and others. They want to hear an untainted word from the Lord. This is what this website is about.

Just as John the Baptist was the voice of one crying in the wilderness to prepare the way of the Lord and make his paths straight, so it is with the voice of the Lord spoken through the prophet today. I am a voice, a vessel used to declare the Word of the Lord. The wilderness may speak of your life. In times like these, we need to hear the word of the LORD!

Jesus said, “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me,” (John 12:32).

This is about lifting up the Christ, not about giving recognition to the voice. It should not matter what the vessel is. The Lord spoke through a donkey! It was all about the message! Many have become puffed up because of the praise of men and fallen because of being made into an idol. Pride comes before a fall. The posture of the prophet should always be one of humility!

You may ask, well, if I don’t know anything about the prophet, how can I trust the Word. Who is the prophet accountable to? The answers are, I am accountable to God for every word that is written or spoken in the name of the Lord. That is the highest accountability there is. Secondly, your own spirit will bear witness with it. Does it resonate in your own heart? God’s Word will touch your heart, and YOU WILL KNOW it is HIS voice that is speaking to you!

Let’s give all the glory to the Lord, for it all belongs to Him.

The question remains, who gets the glory? God or man? A person, place, ministry or the Lord. Jesus taught us this prayer that contains, “For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.” (Matthew 6:13).

Let’s give all the glory to the Lord, for it all belongs to Him. Let us credit Him for His Word that gives us new life, hope, peace and comfort. To God be the glory, great things He hath done.

Galatians 2:20 sums it up; “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

I am just the vessel of clay that He speaks through. The word is what is important!
