Stop Fretting About the Future

Stop fretting about the future, says the Lord. I have everything in control. When you fear what the future will bring, you are not fully trusting in Me and My care for you and those you love. I know the future, and I know the plans that I have for you. I will always make a way for you and provide for your needs. I know what they are now, what they will be, and there is no time that I will run out of resources. I have an endless supply, and you will have all that you need, as you place all your complete trust in Me, says the Lord.

You will only enjoy the rest that I have for you when you enter into it by faith in Me, says the Lord. You then will sleep through the winds of adversity, just as My disciples found Me asleep in the ship, when the storm was raging. I told them we were going on the other side, and My word was sufficient for then and for them, and it is sufficient for you for now and forever. I will bring you safely through the storms in life, no matter how violent they are, how threatening they seem, as you rest in My arms that will protect you and My promise to keep you and bring you safely onto the other side, says the Lord.

Do Not Fret!

Do not fret, says the Lord. For I have everything in control. Though you do not have control of the things that are troubling you, I do! Frustration is not My prescription for you. I will take care of the big things and the small things as well. Entrust them to Me. You need not try to handle them yourself. I Am your caregiver, and I will take care of you. Nothing is hidden from Me, and there is nothing beyond My ability. I will give you peace and restfulness, as you relinquish the control of your life to Me, says the Lord.

Come into My presence, and eat and drink at My table, says the Lord. You will be refreshed, and I will give you everything that you need. Come hungry and thirsty. Empty yourself out, so that I can fill you. You will not go away empty, but fully furnished and equipped for every good work that I have assigned you to do. I will satisfy the longing of your heart, and give you your highest heart’s desire, and you will be filled with joy and gladness, says the Lord.

Don’t Fret

Don’t fret about the things that you see coming upon the face of the earth, says the Lord. There is nothing that has happened, is happening, or will happen that is not in My control. I Am not only aware of everything, but I Am the Sovereign. Didn’t I tell you that all things work together for good to those who love Me and are called according to My purpose? This is My call to you to trust in Me and to believe My Word. It is spoken, written, and often forgotten when things seem to be spinning out of control in your life, family and all around you. Do not forget that My purposes will never be aborted, detained, annulled, postponed, or meaningless. These things must come to pass in order that My will shall be ultimately performed, says the Lord.

You can look back in your own life and see how things worked out for you when events appeared to be senseless and harmful, says the Lord. Remember My servant, Joseph. He did not understand why He was sold by His brothers, enslaved, falsely accused, and imprisoned when it was happening. It was to fulfill My ordained purposes. The negative things that are happening in your life, betrayal, abandonment, misuse, misunderstandings, losses, pain, and difficulties were not for your destruction, but for your good and the good of others. You will see and then know that this is true when I turn things around for you. But I want you to trust in Me when you are hurting, and know that I will heal you, deliver you, restore you and use you for My glory. Then you will proclaim that I do all things well, and that nothing was meaningless or unproductive, but part of what I purposed for your good, and the good of many others, says the Lord.

Don’t Be Afraid

Don’t be afraid of anything or anyone, says the LORD. I have never given you tormenting fear, but assurance that all will be well. I have told you the truth that liberates you from the snares of the evil one who wants you to be trapped and paralyzed with fear. You are not under his authority and you need not be terrorized by his threats that he can NEVER carry out. I have rebuked the destroyer and there is no destruction coming your way. I have stood in the gap for you, and He cannot get through Me to get to you, says the LORD.

Sleep well, for you do not have to toss and turn, fretting about your future, says the LORD. I have already taken care of every detail of it as well as your present situations. WHY WORRY about what I have in MY hands? THAT IS EVERYTHING, not just some things. I love to be involved in tiny details, and never even miss one punctuation mark when I speak and record My decrees over your life. Everything will be done according to MY purposes, and work for your good, because you love Me, I AM your God, and all will be well, says the LORD.
