Rest in Me, says the Lord. Cease from trying to resolve the issues of your life and those you love with your own abilities and efforts and understanding. You cannot do this alone. Allow Me to work in your life and the lives of all you love. Lean upon My infinite understanding rather than your own. You will always come up short of the goal, and the outcome will not be what you desired. I will not disappoint you, for I Am always on task and on time. I do not need to explore options. I know exactly what is needed, how to accomplish it, and how to connect things, disconnect other things, and put everything together in the right way, the first time, says the Lord.
I Am not trying anything, but I do everything, and I do it well, says the Lord. What can anyone do in comparison to Me? For My is unsurpassed, My knowledge is unlimited, and My power is supreme. You can depend upon My detailed care, My answers of peace, and My ability to bring the results that will surprise you. When you worry and fret about things that you cannot control or fix or change, you only lose sleep. I give My beloved sleep. That will only be peaceful when you totally lean upon Me, trust in Me, and enter into My rest that I give you as you come in simple, childlike, dependent faith, and entrust everything and everyone to My care, says the Lord.
