Hosea 13:14: I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death: O death, I will be thy plagues; O grave, I will be thy destruction:
Thank you, Lord, for rescuing us from death, by purchasing us as your own. You have become a plague against the spirit of death, that cannot claim us, bind us, threaten us, or enslave us. You have come to destroy the works of the enemy, and healing, deliverance and salvation are what you have purchased for us by your death on the cross, because we have received you as our savior and Lord.
